Running is going great, I'm now back to running over two miles consecutively in the afternoons! My knee is feeling much better and I can't wait to see how far I'm able to run next week!
I've also decided to start mixing my typical workouts and add in some Zumba and Power Yoga classes a few timees a week! I'll be doing those classes in addition to running 5-6 times a week... I'm gonna be burning calories and gettin fit in a speedy fashion!
